The reason is the quality of the connection between reader and sitter is poor, the time delay between the speaker and the listener creates overlaps which can lead to misunderstandings and miscommunication.

You are welcome to record your session with a digital recorder, however, I do not provide this service.

Turn off unless emergency. Phone sessions require clear reception, or we may need to reschedule another time.

Please come to your session open to receive messages from your loved ones on the other side. The people that come through may not be whom you expected 🙂

I do not choose the context of the messages; neither do you so asking to receive a specific sign or answer to a question such as ‘what is my nickname’ may leave you disappointed or worse, may lead you to disbelieve every other validation during our session. Spirit always directs the message!

You, the sitter, are equally responsible for the quality of the reading. Your participation as a partner in working with spirit along with me, the reader, will lead to a much more enjoyable and fulfilling experience.

Often people want to bring their friend for support; Readings are individual there is a waiting room in my office for your friends/family to sit.

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the 30.00 of your appointment. This amount is non-refundable.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show. They will be charged for their missed appointment.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session.. Regardless of the length of the session actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Missed appointments are subject to full payment of session, Deposits for group sessions and seminars are non-refundable.
